ABOUT THE ALLIANCE
Growing young minds. Building Futures.
We envision a Tarrant County where every child has the foundation they need to succeed in school and in life.
The mission of the Early Learning Alliance is to ensure Kindergarten readiness for all children in Tarrant County through a cross-sector collaboration committed to thriving children.
The Alliance brings together child-serving organizations, philanthropic leaders, public officials, educators, businesses, researchers, parents, and caregivers to support Tarrant County families.
Our Values
-
We engage every person with respect and kindness.
-
We believe that only through partnership can we achieve a Tarrant County dream of raising thriving children.
-
We believe in enriching the health of a child’s whole family.
-
We believe quality early experiences are critical to success in school and life and require community dedication.
-
We champion all adults in a child’s life, from family members and caregivers to educators and health care professionals.
Leveraging data and community connections, the Alliance works to understand the needs of local families and children from before birth through age five. We collaborate to address roadblocks in child development and advocate for better early learning systems.
We are committed to making Tarrant County the best place to grow up for all children, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, or income. We know that quality early experiences lay the foundation for a child’s success in school and later in life.
